**Job Summary**:
Under the direction of the VP, Payroll Services, the Client (PWE) Support Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the administration of the Payroll Services Department/PWE Support. These responsibilities include ensuring Company mandated metrics are met, and the completion of the Entertainment industry’s production worker employee/crew requests with successful and timely resolution of Payroll inquires and profile information.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and monitor projects to improve the efficiencies of the PWE Support process
- Develop metrics to assess business performance and identify improvement areas
- Participate as the PWE Canada representative for US PWE Support meetings/calls
- Liaise with EP US PWE Support to develop initiatives to ensure a smooth transition of Canadian Production worker requests
- Manages and oversees the performance and activities of the PWE Support Representatives
- Responsible for the administering and conducting of monthly Oracle reviews
- Supervises and delegates to the PWE Support Representatives, duties and responsibilities to ensure PWE requests are completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
- Manages workflow of the PWE Support Representatives
- Manages Salesforce as a CRM tool to ensure timely completion of Production Worker requests
- Manages Qlik Analytics to ensure KPI goals are met
- Provides back-up for the PWE Support Representatives, when needed
- In conjunction with the Payroll Manager, responsible for conducting training and coaching sessions for PWE Support Representatives
- Organize and lead daily/weekly PWE Support meetings.
- Participates with the Payroll Manager and Human Resources in the hiring and termination of PWE Support staff, internal relations and conflict resolution;
- Participates in Payroll Services Department meetings, and attends other related meetings as required by the VP, Payroll Supervisor/Payroll Manager
- Provides back up to the Payroll Leadership Team during absences, and on an “as needed” basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the VP, Payroll Services/Payroll Manager

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage and supervise multiple, deadline driven tasks.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
