**About the Opportunity**
- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Maintain payable and receivable modules within internal accounting system
- Process payable invoices - match, batch, enter
- Perform period-end close and reporting duties
- Run payroll for 70 hourly & salaried employees
- Process deductions and contributions, Benefits, Union Dues, Pension, RRSP, WSIB
- Handle all payroll related inquiries

**About You**
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience - PAYROLL/AP/AR
- 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
- Hands on experience with payroll software, preferably (Ceridian / ADP)
- MS Office Suite (Excel/Word)
- Educational background in Accounting
- Canadian Payroll Association designation preferred
- Excellent communication skills

**Pay Rate**

Compensation based on experience.
