**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Under the direction of the IPAC Lead
- Assist in infection prevention and control activities within the home.
- Collaborate with IPAC Lead to ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement in infection prevention practices
- Educate staff on proper infection control procedures and protocols
- Support the implementation of IPAC initiatives and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records related to infection control activities
- replenishment of personal protective equipment (PPE)
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or medical office is considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
