**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple retail locations to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the district.
- Monitor store performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control while maximizing resources for optimal performance.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms that benefit the district's operations.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently across multiple locations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong mathematical skills for pricing analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams and customers.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Demonstrated ability in retail sales with a focus on driving results through effective strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements with vendors or partners.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
