We are looking for a Full-Time _**Dental**_ Office Administrator who is motivated, reliable, and has exceptional communication skills. We are looking for someone with a warm smile to be the first impression when a patient calls or enters the office and sets the tone from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome patients to the practice
- Managing the scheduling of appointments effectively and productively
- Dental Insurance related tasks - check eligibility, explain insurance details, process claims, and send predeterminations
- Comfortable at explaining treatment, asking and answering questions for patients to receive the appropriate dental needs
- Perform daily administrative tasks in a timely manner

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- _**1-2 years of experience working as a dental administrator is a must**_
- Tracker experience is an asset (training can be provided)
- Organizational, and customer service skills
- Communicates with clarity
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Can multitask, takes initiative, works well as part of a team and independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
