As the _Manager, People Experience_, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee journey from recruitment to retirement, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Director, People, Leadership & Culture, you will strive to enhance employee engagement and the overall employee experience, with a particular emphasis on fostering and driving Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) initiatives across the Association. You will provide leadership and strategic expertise in developing and executing talent management programs and services aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Talent Acquisition & Retention**: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, lead recruitment and onboarding, drive retention initiatives including employee engagement and award programs, and oversee performance management processes to support employee development and succession planning.
- **Training & Leadership Development**: Design and lead training and mentorship programs, oversee leadership development, employee career progression, and succession planning efforts, collaborate with internal and external partners, and utilize a data-informed approach to identify workforce capability gaps and shape talent management strategy that is future looking.
- **Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA)**: Lead the design and implementation of IDEA strategies and programs, collect and analyze data to monitor IDEA program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- **People Leadership & Advisory**: Lead a team of Talent Acquisition and People Experience Specialists, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration with staff and leaders at all levels. This position will also lead HR process improvements and talent management initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to measure trends, enhance processes, and address urgent employee matters as part of an on-call schedule.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, or specifically in organizational development.
- Professional designation in one or more of the following: Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), and/or Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), Certified HR Professional (CHRP), Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Change Practitioner.
- Demonstrated commitment to, and understanding of, Human Rights Code, inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility, as well as other related legislation.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong leadership skills with emphasis on coaching, teamwork, development and influencing others.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and prioritize work in a high-volume position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the Association professionally in interactions with internal stakeholders and/or external communities.
- Access to reliable transportation in order travel to various work locations.
