What You'll Do

Responsibilities
- Development and execution of the Sales and Adoption plan in line with Cisco’s strategic pillars, and in conjunction with a talented extended team including Systems Engineering, Architectural specialists, Services specialists, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.
- Dynamically move from strategic to tactical execution on a daily basis.
- Develop, collaborate & balance strategic Line of Business relationships with established Technical relationships.
- Develop a deep understand of our client's strategic imperatives and position Cisco's solutions and business value to identify new growth opportunities to fulfill revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with our client, our partners and our internal colleagues.
- Control costs to ensure that expenditure is being handled in accordance with budgets.
- Commitment to sales metrics & operational excellence including CRM, forecasting, account plans, opportunity close plans and Quarterly reviews.
- Hit defined targets and contribute to overall profitability, success and maintenance of the positive image of Cisco at our client and in the overall marketplace.

Who You Are

You will be able to work within an interconnected and extended team to execute against a sales strategy, lead large complex deals and position the business value of IT solutions to CIO’s and business leaders.
- BS / BA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience preferred with large Financial Institutions.
- Strong familiarity with Cisco’s Sales Plays and architectures, including Hybrid Work, Cloud and Data Centre, Security, and Enterprise networking.
- Proven experience communicating complex solutions to executives
- Demonstrated ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
- Ability to work well with team members and collaborate effectively across the extended account team or teams.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no c
