We’re looking for our next Manager, Enterprise Risk Management. Could It Be You?
The Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework and for providing effective risk management and support across the Questrade Financial Group of companies.

What’s it like working as a Manager, Enterprise Risk Management. at Questrade?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, the Manager, ERM will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and managing risk with a strong focus on various financial risks. This includes assisting in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework, including the creation of methodologies, risk assessments and governance.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining the ERM framework
- Support the implementation of risk policies
- Assist in developing and maintaining tools to support efficient and effective risk management
- Build and establish risk reporting and governance related activities
- Support and assist with Risk Appetite Statement updates and associated processes, including the coordination, analysis and effective challenge of content
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate emerging risk trends and aid in developing strategies to address them proactively
- Conduct risk assessments of key functions, strategies and new initiatives
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to promote risk culture and provide support in risk management efforts

- Hold a university degree, preferably in a business, finance, risk management or compliance discipline
- Have recent financial risk management experience in the financial services/fintech industry
- Have an ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
- Have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to gather, analyze, document and present information in a succinct and organized manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team environment but also able to work independently
- Ability to understand and interpret complex concepts through advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of financial risk management with experience in credit risk, liquidity risk and/or market risk
