Receptionist/administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. If you are detail-oriented, a great communicator, and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this position could be a perfect fit for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries and packages
- Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents
- Coordinate with field staff and customers to ensure smooth project operations and repairs.
- Process invoices, payments, and other administrative duties
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
- Perform other general administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (experience in the construction/roofing industry is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
