**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services to our clients. **Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet project timelines and deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications.

Monitor and track production progress, identifying any potential bottlenecks or issues and implementing effective solutions.

Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on production status, address concerns, and facilitate smooth project execution.

Assist in the procurement of materials and resources needed for production, ensuring availability and timely delivery.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control reports.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization within the production process.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or certification in Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in production coordination or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.

Knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
