Job Description:
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for basic accounting administration for Accounts Payable, which includes posting, balancing and closing activities within accounting systems. Responsibilities include internal and/or external customer service in the processing of AP transactions and resolution of discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accounts payable that could include processing of supplier invoices and payments
- Post transactions in accounting system
- Assist with closing processes
- Verify, research and resolve discrepancies
- Provide quality service to internal and external customers that is tactful and knowledgeable

What is expected of you and others at this level:

- Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks
- Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
- Works with either close supervision, or under clearly defined procedures

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience required
