**Strategy** **Co-Op/Intern**:
**Job location**: Remote; Toronto, ON; Ottawa, ON

**Term Length**:4 or 8 months starting May 2023

**About the team**:
The Office of Strategy is responsible for advancing the long-term vision of the company through trend analysis, emerging technologies, performance metrics, thought leadership, and communications and change management. This team works in partnership with every area of business at Kinaxis to collaborate and share ideas, ensure alignment across the organization and create a shared path to achieve our long-term vision.

**About the role**:
**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, you will:

- Support the planning and implementation of Change Management Plans across multiple projects and initiatives (i.e., communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, change agent networks, training, etc.)
- Attend and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand the impact of change and conduct stakeholder impacts and/or readiness assessments
- Summarize change impacts and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
- Develop communication plans, including writing key messages, communication copy and creating communications using a variety of media channels
- Coordinate, track and document progress and status of change management activities
- Collaborate with internal communications personnel to plan and execute company-wide communications
- Support the development of change management templates and resources for Kinaxis
- Support the execution of change management initiatives to build change resilience skills for employees at Kinaxis
- Broader accountabilities may be assigned as needed

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Currently enrolled in a Communications or Business program
- Familiar (a certification is not required) with 1 or more change management methodology (i.e. Prosci, Kotter's, Lewin's, etc.)
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Strong knowledge and expertise in MS Office (e.g. MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Someone who enjoys talking to people from all groups and all levels
- A natural curiosity and someone who isn't afraid to ask a lot of questions
- Interest in gaining invaluable, hands-on change management experience in one of the top tech companies in the country
