The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

**The team you will be a part of**

The Digital Demand and Campaign Management team overseas the digital outreach channels and also runs the brand campaign for Nokia. This means we oversea Nokia's social media, employee advocacy, SEO and paid media channels. We work with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure our content is strong, and we're leveraging best practices.

Nokia recently completed a significant brand renewal. With this, we launched our Power of N thought leadership campaign. Our team manages this campaign as well as reports on the insights from it.

Date: Sept. 5 - Dec. 22, 2023
Location: Ottawa or virtual in Canada

**What you will learn and contribute to**

- Contribute to campaign process development and act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign and associated programs.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- A self-starter mentality who is flexible and intrigued at the opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company
- Willing to work on a global team, most who will not be co-located. It would be nice if you also had:

- Fluency in PowerPoint, excel and other related tools
