**Network Infrastructure**

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The IP/O Procurement Data Analyst is a dynamic co-op role, supporting Procurement Management and teams; Strategic Reporting teams, and Supply Chain flexibility/EMS business stakeholders where applicable.

This role provides exposure to a wide variety of tools, processes and systems. Including by not limited too, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Oracle, Agile PLM, SAP, SharePoint and internally developed price and part management databases.

This role will be a remote or hybrid working placement.

**Education Recommendations**

Programs or courses in Java, Computer Programming, Data processing is recommended.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Perform regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as required, as well as adhoc reports pertaining to: Component shortages / EMS reporting on inventory turns; PO backlog; Supply and Demand.
- Project and Data Management support
- IP/O Reporting (Country of origin, pricing, lead times, etc.)
- As well as other various requirements

**What is Nokia looking for from me**

You have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strength in advanced data management skills such as vlookups, pivot tables and complex formulas
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task workload under time constraints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

It would be nice if you also had:

- Database knowledge - SAP, MS Access, Visual Basic Programming is an asset
- Microsoft PowerPoint - ability to compile and format presentations quickly and professionally
