Territory Sales Manager

Springwall Sleep Products Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of premium sleep products in Canada. We currently have an opening for a Business Development & Territory Salesperson.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in all channels of the mattress industry to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop prospective leads within the territory to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide and collaborate on budgets, sales forecasts with VP Sales
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and share competitive intelligence.
- Provide product knowledge training for RSA’s.
- Attend meetings, sales events as required. Complete weekly activity report.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, mattress industry knowledge beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent qualifying, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
