What will you do:

- Partner with our business leaders to implement talent acquisition strategies and influence quality of hiring in direct support of strategic objectives.
- Maintain current knowledge of the talent market, competitors and Masco Canada business needs in your portfolio to better forecast available talent pools and market trends.
- Share your passion for the talent acquisition and talent development practices by establishing connections, enhancing a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network.
- Support with interview scheduling coordination
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leaders and internal partners involved in all aspects of the recruiting process.
- Offer innovative solutions that can improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the efficiency of the entire recruitment process.
- Participating in the talent data analyzing, demand planning and providing the input into HR & Talent Strategy Development
- Maintain data integrity, and ensure governance and compliance with all Talent Acquisition & Talent Development processes
- Lead and handle various Talent & Development initiatives, such as referral programs, talent pool forming, job description & role profile process, employer branding

What You Will Bring:

- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Outstanding planning, organizing, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Confirmed work experience as a Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Specialist or similar role, preferably in a mid or large-size organizations.
- Solid knowledge of talent acquisition practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment methods.
- Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions to attract top talent, improve recruitment processes, and enhance employer branding.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
- Advanced use of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is an asset
- CHRP designation or certification in Talent, Learning, Recruitment is an asset
