Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage full-cycle recruitment; post jobs, pre-screening, coordinate interviews, interviewing and preparing final offers predominantly covering roles in Canada and USA ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
- Coordinating the hiring process end to end
- Assist with building and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future job openings
- Counsel managers and supervisors on recruitment and interview techniques
- Track hiring metrics including time to hire, time to fill and source of hire
- Host and participate in job fairs both in person and virtual
- Proactively maintains positive employee relationships that supports open door policy.

- Must have minimum of 3-5 years human resources experience specializing in Recruitment and Selection
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management/Labour Relations or related field is a preferred qualification
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Positive Track record of handling sensitive and confidential issues
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee retention
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations including labor laws as it pertains to new hires
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
- Effective consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
