_**DUTIES**:_

**Develop Sales Strategies**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our instrumentation and control services, targeting new markets and expanding our client base.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.

**Sales Presentations and Proposals**: Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our services, address client needs, and close deals effectively.

**Collaboration with Technical Teams**: Work closely with the technical teams to understand the technical aspects of our services and effectively communicate these to potential clients.

**Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including digital marketing, social media, conferences, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

**Sales Reporting**: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to assess progress against goals and make strategic recommendations.

**Customer Feedback and Improvement**: Gather feedback from clients, analyze it, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our services and offerings.**REQUIREMENTS**:

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional technical knowledge or certification in instrumentation and control systems would be advantageous.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the instrumentation and control services industry or a similar technical field.

**Sales Skills**: Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.

**Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.

**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in the market or company strategies.

**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Salary**: $25.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
