CPA Ontario is currently in search of a **Professional Development Coordinator** who will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all aspects of the professional development programs offered by CPA Ontario.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Coordinating Professional Development (PD) programs** including in-person workshops and online learning options, creating a PD schedule based on the calendar of programs which includes determining dates and times for events.

**Entering event information and materials using the event registration system** and learning management system (LMS) prior to an event/session and notifying registrants of its availability.

**Negotiating and preparing contracts for events and coordinating with instructors**, obtaining approval and tracking payments for invoices from event suppliers.

**Coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth execution of courses,** distributing course information and materials to participants and instructors, summarizing evaluations and assisting with edits to update course materials when required.

**Partnering and communicating with the PD team and the Marketing** department to properly promote and market courses.

**Communicating and liaising with the Customer Service Centre (CSC)** and responding to event participants, members and other stakeholders promptly to resolve inquiries; partnering with IT department to escalate technology issues when necessary.

**Who You Are**:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or another related discipline.

Experienced in event planning, event coordination, training delivery, training operations or a similar field.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally have experience with Salesforce, a Learning Management System, and knowledge of basic HTML principles.

A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and customer service skills.

Able to prioritize multiple deadlines and excel at time management combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.
