**About the opportunity**

**What you'll do**

**In this role, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Ensure team and internal partners adhere to timelines and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain financial literacy webpages for the CPA Canada website.
- Ensure that program materials are compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Ensure relevant program materials and documentation are maintained and filed on Microsoft Teams
- Solve issues that may arise and escalate on an as needed basis.
- Assist with online events such as webinars and the Mastering Money Conference
- Coordinate regularly with internal and external stakeholders during various projects
- Perform various duties such as preparing PowerPoint presentations, collecting statistics, and organizing files.
- Supporting the operations manager on other adhoc task as needed.

**What we're looking for**
- 3-5 years working experience in graphic design, communications, digital media
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Communications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, HTML, basic CSS development
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Must be a team player
- Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
