- Upload, monitor, and track postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)-
- Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and participate in community eventsConduct prescreening interviews-
- Schedule interviews with Hiring Leaders and participate in interviews as required-
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process-
- Review reports and analyze data to meet targets- What you bring:
- Post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources-
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume recruitment required-
- Working knowledge of recruitment and selection and ATSExperience in healthcare recruitment is an asset-
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment-
- Superior customer service skills and communication skills-
