Project Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing paperwork.
- Receive and process customer requests, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded.
- Schedule and dispatch workers to job sites using software systems and electronic communication devices.
- Monitor workers' progress and report updates to customers.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, workers, and management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or dispatching role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with dispatching software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also being a team player and collaborator.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze information and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and dispatching operations is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
