**OBJECTIVES**:
The Transplant Care Partner (TCP) is the liaison between Takeda and transplant centers within their designated territory and will act as the Ambassador for Takeda brand, vision, and values. The TCP is responsible for maximizing utilization and patient outcomes of Takeda’s transplant products and the services associated with the products to members of the transplant team within the center, relevant health care professionals (HCPs) outside the transplant centre and other key stakeholders involved in the patient care decision-making process.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Therapeutic Area and Product Specialist**:

- Deliver agreed strategy and all necessary tactics within the key accounts to drive Takeda performance, including and not limited to delivering product and therapeutic knowledge, detailing to prescribers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant therapies and competitive products (data, studies, outcomes, and current promotional messaging).
- Provide in-service training on disease state and Takeda transplant therapies to all key stakeholders.
- Act as an ambassador for the Takeda brand, its vision and values that achieves patient focus at all levels of the business.

**Key Account Management**:

- Develop and execute strategic and tactical account planning, such as uncovering needs, stakeholder / influence mapping, identifying / prioritizing business goals, helping define value propositions, delivering value propositions developed in collaboration with Head Office and field cross-functional teams, developing tactical plans, etc.
- Conduct account management at all transplant centers within the assigned territory, foster confidence in Takeda’s holistic approach to engagement, and assist with on-going service and support as needed.
- Gain access for transplant products in accounts, in terms of protocol access (inclusion of transplant products in clinical/prescriber protocols and clinical pathways), as well as formulary access, if applicable
- Deliver approved messages encompassing accurate clinical, financial, outcomes, and operational issues. Strategically manages assigned accounts, budget and allocated resources provided yielding maximum effectiveness and impact.
- Develop relationships with Executive Level, Operations, Financial, and Pharmacy based personnel within each of the transplant centers in their territory.
- Proactively seeks out opportunities for Value Based Partnerships with key institutions.

**Commercial Excellence**:

- Achieves sales goals and objectives by delivering Business Objectives as well as other key metrics in the assigned Territory.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical account planning, such as uncovering needs, stakeholder / influence mapping, identifying / prioritizing business goals, helping define value propositions, delivering value propositions developed in collaboration with Head Office and field cross-functional teams, developing tactical plans, etc.
- Validate current lists and identify the key stakeholders within each transplant center as well as their respective needs and priorities and build relationships throughout the organization.
- Develop cross functional account plans as well as identifying opportunities for and launching Value Based Partnerships with high volume transplant centers.
- Develop and regularly evaluate account business plans to ensure they continue to meet strategic business objectives and align with emerging trends and changes within key customer segments or accounts. Prepare and present account business plans to management as required.
- Consistently seek new opportunities to drive results that meet unique needs of territory key accounts, ensuring Takeda is trusted partner of choice.
- Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan.
- Leverage CRM systems to prioritize call objectives based on customer segmentation, strategies/ tactics, realistic milestones, and previous interactions with customers.
- Organize and implement presentations/OLAs to address educational needs of customers. Develop a detailed territory action plan that include budget requirements. Manage and monitor spending according to the approved annual territory budget.

**Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Proactively engage in collaboration with cross-functional team to ensure alignment in objectives and coordination of activities with accounts and external stakeholders.
- Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through appropriate internal and external channels.
- Conduct market surveillance and communicate to key internal stakeholders; in-field intelligence on customer insights, external stakeholder activities and trends.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS**:
