Bilingual Operations Coordinator

We are currently hiring a **Bilingual Operations Coordinator** for our team wherein you will oversee all rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer focused operations day to day.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:
- Check-in and check-out of all trailers from the facility, manage yard inspection report
- Create cases for chargebacks from inbounds
- Dispatch trailers to customers, deliveries and pick-ups as required.
- Open and close rentals and leases. File after completion.
- Ensure Trailers and resources are available prior to booking appointments.
- Answer and follow-up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.
- Ensure VRMS Standards are followed on every Work Order, Shop, Mobile, Sublet
- Update S4 as required, update out of service status, physical characteristics, trailer conditions, tire depths, etc.
- Manage transactions at the SAAQ, ATAC, RDPRM transit and trailer registration, annual registration renewal
- Manage CVM’s update Series IV, web site update and filing
**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- Fluent in Canadian French and English
- Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A team player that takes initiative and a learner attitude
