Role accountabilities:

- Continue to build and support a team of committed professionals
- Foster team engagement and performance
- Exemplify practice commitment to superior patient experience with attitude, verbal and written expression, and approach to problem solving
- Facilitate regular meetings for management, clinical, and administrative teams
- Oversee maintenance of premises, interior and exterior
- Facilitate scheduling of functional teams
- Oversee practice financial performance, payroll, service contracts
- Computer systems troubleshooting

Skill requirements:

- Post-Secondary education, experience in business administration, human resources, dental/health care
- Computer proficiency and strong administrative skills
- Ability to be a liaison for team members, patients, and suppliers
