Relevant de la Gestionnaire marketing séniore, le/la Spécialiste marketing d’influence vise à développer et à propulser la présence de WeCook sur les plateformes sociales d’envergure en consolidant de judicieux partenariats avec des influenceurs de marque émergents ou établis. Le/la Spécialiste marketing d’influence est naturellement charismatique, fait preuve de grandes compétences interpersonnelles et d’aptitudes de négociation étoffées, en plus de connaître et de maîtriser les tendances actuelles de l’industrie.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Rechercher, identifier, présenter et négocier avec de nouveaux influenceurs sur une base continue.
- Continuer à entretenir et à s’impliquer dans les relations existantes au Québec et en Ontario.
- Être responsable de la gestion des campagnes d’influence, de A à Z.
- Être le point de contact principal pour toutes activités liées au programme d’ambassadeurs, répondre à toutes leurs questions et demandes en plus de développer des incitations à la performance.
- Gérer et surveiller les activités des campagnes et s’assurer d’obtenir de bons résultats en utilisant tous les processus, outils et systèmes déjà en place, de la manière la plus efficace possible.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe responsable de l’image de marque afin de briefer des idées, messages et campagnes clés, alignés avec la marque.
- Explorer des stratégies innovantes pour la génération de contenu des médias sociaux, pour la planification d'événements, les bulletins d'information, les infolettres personnalisés, etc.
- Revoir et s'assurer que le contenu des influenceurs est exact et conforme aux directives.
- Examiner et gérer les demandes d'adhésion des ambassadeurs potentiels.
- Contacter et répondre aux collaborateurs de manière amicale, chaleureuse, distinguée et en temps opportun.
- S'assurer que les livrables respectent les délais donnés.
- Gérer efficacement le budget de chaque campagne.
- Être à l’affût des tendances de l'industrie et du marketing en général et les partager avec l’équipe de manière à ce que la marque reste avant-garde et performante.

**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diplôme universitaire en Communications ou en Marketing, un atout.
- 3+ ans d’expérience à travailler sur des campagnes de réseaux sociaux.
- Expérience en gestion de relations avec des influenceurs et en direction de campagnes marketing au sein de l’industrie des médias payés de contenu de marque sur Facebook, Instagram, LindkedIn, YouTube et TikTok.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de négociation.
- Grandes aptitudes sociales, compétences interpersonnelles spectaculaires, diplomatie.
- Créativité, curiosité, capacité à trouver des manières innovatrices d’améliorer la notoriété de marque.
- Proactivité, capacité d’organiser et d’optimiser le travail en priorisant les tâches de manière efficace.
- Esprit entrepreneurial et analytique permettant d’identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et de progrès.

- **SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Influencer Marketing Specialist aims to continue to build and elevate WeCook’s presence on relevant social media platforms, through thoughtful partnerships with new and existing brand influencers. The Influencer Marketing Specialist is genuinely charismatic, demonstrates strong interpersonal & negotiation skills and stays ahead of current industry trends.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Source, identify, pitch, and negotiate with new influencers on an ongoing basis.
- Continue to maintain and foster existing relationships within Quebec and Ontario.
- Be responsible for end-to-end management of regular campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all activities related to the ambassador program, answering all questions and requests from ambassadors in addition to developing performance incentives.
- Manage and monitor the activities of all campaigns and make sure to deliver strong results, and use all the processes, tools, and systems in place and in the most efficient way.
- Collaborate with the branding team to brief key ideas, messages and campaigns that are brand aligned.
- Explore innovative strategies to disseminate messages from generating social media content to planning and overseeing events, newsletters or personalized mailings.
- Ensure influencer content accurate and meets guidelines.
- Review and manage membership requests from potential ambassadors
- Contact & reply to collaborators in a friendly, warm, timely, and distinguished manner and maintain those relationships and collaborations.
