TS Imagine, the world's leading provider of on-demand trading and risk management solutions for the financial services industry, is looking for a Client Integration Specialist to join our growing team. Client Integration Specialists work closely with clients and internal teams and play a critical role in the success of the Professional Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting and highly motivated team player with strong core technical skills to join a well-established yet rapidly evolving company.
The Client Integration Specialist will offer expertise regarding integration requirements and develop or configure sound technical solutions in a mission-critical production environment. Specialists must be able to drive projects to completion by anticipating the needs of clients ensuring the alignment of internal and external teams focused on the project.

**_What you'll do_**
- Understand simple to complex business requirements and design a technical solution to meet those needs.
- Install, deploy or configure the suite of TS Imagine products.
- Facilitate technical discussions and workshops for product deployment, project integrations and technical solutions for the suite of TS Imagine products.
- Work with internal teams to finalize project timelines and milestones, document ongoing progress and highlight concerns in good time.
- Onboard new clients onto TS Imagine, certifying the OMS and connecting clients to various venues and dealers for trading.
- Work with venues and dealers on integrating their workflows and platforms onto our TS Imagine suite.
- Ensure proactive communication with clients and internal staff, managing enhancement requirements and escalations.
- Code technical solutions for integration and product extension and enhancements to follow established guidelines for deploying into a production environment.
- Ensure Sales, Account Management, and Support teams have the appropriate technical information to sell and support TS Imagine product solutions including details of customized workflows or bespoke solutions.
- Produce and manage client-facing and internal documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues escalated by the L1 Support team.
**_You should have_**
- 2 years+ experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Strong experience in a client facing role - Integration or Support
- Knowledge of financial markets, companies, and products (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Algorithmic, Trading, Credit, FX, Volatility,etc.)
- DEC or Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or matching technical skills

- Linux shell
- FIX
- XML/ATDL
- Networking/Connectivity concepts
- FIX Simulator

- Broker Algorithmic order flow
- Pentaho experience
- SQL
- Jira
- Confluence
