Responsibilities include collaborating with Admissions and Supports to validate administrative processes and ensure enrolment data is captured to strengthen enrolment insights, analyze student enrolment behavior and identify patterns and recommend opportunities to improve enrolment and success and collaborating with Marketing and Recruitment, Faculties and the Strategic Management Committee (action) in providing data that will enhance enrolment funnel strategies, from applicant through completion
**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
**Reporting, Forecasting and Analytics 60%**
- Develop the business requirements to implement predictive modeling and analytics into enrolment reporting.
- Lead enrolment data conversations to support dashboard development to key enrolment metrics and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Design, construct, test, and deploy business intelligence and reporting solutions to produce standardized reports, data exports, and enrolment data queries within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Lead enrolment data validation processes
**Trend Analysis and Recommendations 40%**
- Provide enrolment data analysis to inform decision-making related to enrolment management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enrolment data science to enhance the college's competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Institutional Research and Business Intelligence to contribute to broader institutional research initiatives.
- Keep up to date on strategic enrolment management research and reporting. Evaluate admissions, enrolment, and funding processes from an enrolment data quality perspective.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Computing Science or Management Information Systems preferred. Graduate studies preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years experience in Institutional/Registrarial Data, including experience developing reports/queries and working with client relations on collaboration and project/goal outcome knowledge.
- Experience in a post-secondary environment, Office of the Registrar or institutional planning experience preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings to various stakeholder
- A proven record of gathering and analyzing data to inform and influence decision-making.

- Understanding of financial principles with a strong aptitude with numbers and extensive experience with various data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act is required in information dissemination.
- Able to analyze complex situations and produce a data narrative
- A strong understanding educational trends, enrolment data best practices in the field and, Strategic Enrolment Management principles.
- Strategic data science skill.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively create working relationships with all levels of staff and management.
**SALARY**: $67,798- $88,037 reflective upon what you bring, AKA your education and experience.
