Ottawa, Canada Berg Property Management Berg Realty Inc. Full time

Duties include:
Financial Statements:

- Scan and save on the server (cheques, financial statements)
- Enter journal entry.
- The Financials would be done in the first two weeks of every month.

Arrears

Audit
- Enter Audit (once per year)
- Follow up with the Auditor of outstanding items for the Audit.
- Ensure that the Audit is done.

Budget
- Enter Budget (once per year) - Help with Budget - every fiscal year.

Water Bills

Charge Backs
- Follow up with charge backs and ensure that they are paid.

Cheques
- Print authorized cheques, Deposit cheques in the bank.
- Mailing - once signed.

Invoices
- Print all invoices received from various vendors.
- Once cheques issued, scan them all on file for records.
- Filing as per fiscal year
- They must be in order and ensure that signed invoices are not missing.

Filing
- File Cabinets - by fiscal year
- Financial Boxes - keep them updated.

PAPs - Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
- New owners, - get PAPs.
- Ensure that all PAPs are scheduled for payments for each corporation.

Other work as required by BERG.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $450.00-$500.00 per week

Expected hours: 21 per week
