An experienced Office Administrator that will be offering support to two businesses within one office space. We need an individual who is willing to be the backbone of the office/Jack of all trades.

**Responsibilities**:
Phenom HPM
- Schedule patients for 5 Naturopathic Doctors
- Create invoices and process payments
- Order supplements and tests for the office
- Keep inventory of all supplements and test kits
- Dropship supplements and tests to patients daily
- Contact patients to collect updated credit card information.
- Correspond back and forth with laboratories.

bluepoint Valuations
- Set up files, reports and schedules
- Prepare invoices
- Keep data entry of all invoice dates, invoice numbers and mediation dates
- Contact adjusters to follow up on invoices
- Scan, name and organize documents
- Day to day operations of the office
- Smart fax report and invoices
- Monitor and order stationary and other office supplies

Skills Needed
- Document & File Management
- Invoice processing
- Inventory System
- Data Entry
- Microsoft Office, Excel & Adobe an asset
- Multi-Line Telephone System
- Ease with computers and technology
- Experience with Jane or other similar software.
- Experience with customer service/effective communicator
- Experience with petty cash and a debit machine

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burlington, ON
