Toronto, Canada Action Car and Truck Accessories Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain ISO9000 certification
- Develop and maintain COR Certification, starting in our Alberta and Ontario Operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure consistent installation quality and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and inspection processes.
- Respond to various provincial OHS requests across the country.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality control standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze internal and external feedback, complaints, and performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues, provide guidance, and implement corrective actions.
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures, quality assurance standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Participate in the development and review of programs, ensuring quality control requirements are clearly defined.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality control practices, and implement relevant changes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality control metrics, performance trends, and improvement initiatives to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, business administration, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience working in quality control management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is highly desirable.
- Experience in the automotive industry considered a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
