We’re seeking a QC Manager to work with a personal care company in Toronto. You'll manage various lab personnel while:


• Developing and implementing quality control functions.

• Verifying regulatory and licensing requirements are met.

• Planning and directing QC department programs.

• Auditing and ensuring best practices for third-party testing laboratories.

• Ensuring timely testing and release of all product testing activities.

• Overseeing the creation and implementation of quality control training programs.

• Implementing a continuous improvement plan for QC functions.

• Providing direction to resolve problem areas and enhance QC.


Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive experience in leading QC activities in a regulated laboratory environment.

• Hold a Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.

• Experience in coaching and directing the work of others.

• Have industry recognized licenses and certifications (asset).
