**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and provide direction to construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Quality Control: Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that projects meet or exceed standards and specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, including delays, material shortages, and design changes.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and management.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge of construction techniques.
- Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and work to minimize costs while maximizing efficiency and quality.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Certifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Additional certifications or training in construction management or a related field are a plus.

Pay: $31.00-$36.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Retention bonus
- Tips

**Experience**:

- construction: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
