**you will be responsible for**:

- Helping the Customer Service team build a data base for agreement.
- Helping organize our SharePoint website.
- Working on updating and generating Work Instructions as required.
- Validating and executing contract transactions.
- Updating contract information in SharePoint databases.
- Preparing timely and accurate reports for internal and external customers.
- Various adhoc tasks as required.

**Required skills to have for the success of this role**
- Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, law or related discipline
- Fluent English oral and written, French is an asset
- Must be analytical and detail oriented
- Work effectively in a team environment

- Ability to manage tight and multiple deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
- Working knowledge of SharePoint an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
