**What’s the role?**

As the **Marketing Technology Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing technology strategy, managing social media and content, administering our websites, and optimizing our marketing automation systems. You will also be responsible for managing our digital channels, administering marketing technology platforms, and driving our online presence to achieve corporate and department goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy to maximize business results through digital channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology platforms and digital trends, providing insights and recommendations for enhanced usage.
- Build, maintain, and optimize online marketing funnels to drive traffic and engagement.
- Contribute to the research, development and publishing of content across social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Support the strategic direction of the organization by publishing relevant content to digital channels while remaining in line with organizational brand and image.
- Research consumer trends and online/digital communications effectiveness to provide recommendations for enhanced usage.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance the content and effectiveness of the external website focusing on content and functionality while ensuring that the overall site is user friendly.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma requiring 3-4 years of full-time study or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience in the digital media and/or marketing field.
- Previous experience creating digital content for a variety of digital solutions.
- Previous experience with search engine optimization.
