_**Mid Island Co-op is hiring is hiring a Content Marketing Specialist for our Admin Office, Nanaimo (Summer Student/Internship, May-August 2024)**_
Marketing is your passion - you know how to create content that captures attention of our guests and staff. This Internship/Summer Student Term provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including but not limited to content creation, graphic design, digital media, and social media. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain valuable insights into the world of marketing and contribute to real projects that impact the success of our company.

**Things you’ll do**:

- Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of promotional media campaigns, focusing on driving conversions and achieving business objectives.
- Contribute to the formulation of graphic design and marketing materials needed for promotions, digital assets, and traditional advertisements.
- Conduct, collect, and analyze on the effectiveness of marketing research and campaigns using digital analytic tools.
- Represent Mid Island Co-op by being an ambassador and demonstrating our values of Community, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork.
