Tachson Construction Inc. is an umbrella company of Trulife Developments Inc. Tachson Construction Inc. consists of a construction team with combined professional experience, making us one of the most collaborative and insightful companies in property development. We take every factor into the equation with our work, from personal preferences to regulatory guidelines. Our job sites are located in GTA and Huntsville, Ontario. Our workplace is a respectful, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

**Job Duties**:
- Support the construction VP in the management and projects coordination with the management team, site supervisors, and builders
- Oversee project management to ensure effective milestone planning and completion of deliverables on time and on budget
- Implement developed operational changes necessary to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met
- Coordinate with trades with quotes, materials and deliveries
- Process, and monitor progress and compliance with, sales, consulting and other contracts
- Assist in the monitoring and updating of construction project budgets and schedules
- Keep the Construction VP informed of the status of all projects in which he/she is involved; Coordinate with marketing and sales department and consultants and to provide updates of project progress to management teams
- Ensure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicate plans, progress, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solve any issues that may arise during the project
- Manage and build relationships with multiple teams
- Assist the construction VP with administrative functions and processes
- Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyze project data and producing progress reports
- Prepare construction update/newsletter for the stakeholders
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
