**WHAT WE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join our team in Markham. This position is an intermediate skill level with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced role (Senior Project Coordinator) in the future.

As our Project Coordination Dynamo, you will be the heartbeat of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes (but is not limited to):

- Handling all documentation requirements associated with the successful execution of projects
- Tracking the progress of jobs and assist the project manager in monitoring profitability
- Being a key point of contact with general contractors and suppliers. Escalate issues to the Project Manager as required
- Creating invoices and progress billing reports in a timely manner. Ensure any issues impacting collectability are escalated to the Project Manager
- Actively looking for opportunities to improve activities and tasks in Their role and the company at large
- Respond to co-workers and customers quickly and keep them updated if they will not meet a promised delivery date
- Deliver quality work in everything that they do
- Be a cooperative team player and provide additional support to co-workers as required
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least one year of relevant experience in Construction Project Management roleis REQUIRED
- A degree or diploma in Construction Project Management is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Must have a high attention to detail and consistently follow-up on issues when required
- Excellent verbal, written and excellent interpersonal skills are needed when in contact with customers and other employees.
- Ability to operate a computer with good general knowledge of Office Suites (Outlook, Word and Excel)
