**Position Title: Project Coordinator
- Pharmacy Clinical Program Implementation**
**Location: Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners Head Office**
**Position Overview**:
The Project Coordinator will support in the development and execution of various clinical programs and initiatives within the banner. The role involves managing timelines, project planning, coordinating program implementation and research activities, ensuring adherence to program standards, and operationalizing programs at participating pharmacies. The Project Coordinator will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external sponsors, and pharmacy partners, to ensure seamless, timely execution and reporting of all projects.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**:
- Assist in program contracting, management, and reporting.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Support with pharmacy site recruitment, rollout, and follow-up with regular check-ins with participating pharmacies.
- Liaise with external contractors (such as print, design, software vendors) to support program implementation.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established brand standards.
- Track and report on project timelines and milestones.
- **Research Coordination**:
- Coordinate and manage research activities related to clinical programs.
- Assist in grant writing, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.
- **Operations Coordination**:
- Provide logistics support to banner members with respect to immunization programs and banner initiatives.
- Maintain materials on banner’s intranet site in the programs and operations areas.
- Create and implement roll-out and follow-up plans with banner partners to support program implementation and ensure fidelity to service and research protocols.
- Assist with front shop strategies and implementation.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and standardized presentations.
- Prepare detailed project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Invoice and track receivables.
- Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field, knowledge of pharmacy is an asset.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and motivated to participate collaboratively in a tight-knit team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Proficiency with project management software or CRM tools an asset.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in research coordination or clinical education/program support is an asset.
- Familiarity with grant writing and clinical research protocols is an asset.
- Experience working with pharmacy operations or healthcare settings is an asset.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full time position at head office in Markham, ON
- Occasional travel may be required to visit participating pharmacies.
- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
**Application Process**:
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
