**Essential functions**:
- Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Provide product information, examine alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and place orders for the customer.
- Successfully negotiate and appease clients using a variety of methods established by guidelines from Williams-Sonoma, Inc..
- Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
- Perform other assigned tasks
**Qualifications: What you need to apply**
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a performance based or metrics based environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with capable data entry skills

- Ability to attend compulsory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance required
- Must have fluency in English and French both in reading and speaking.

- Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or macOS 10.15 or later.
- No Chromebook, Windows 7, Windows 8 RT or Windows 10 S
- SAntivirus/Anti-malware
- 6 Go of RAM
- Wired USB headset (with microphone) compatible with our systems
- Wired Ethernet cable in your modem / router
- Wi-Fi is not allowed
- USB to Ethernet converter if your computer does not have an Ethernet port
- Screen: 15 inches or more with a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768
- Mouse and keyboard
- Webcam (integrated or external) with a minimum resolution of 640 X 480
- Landline phone, iOS device (tablet or mobile phone) or Android (tablet or mobile phone) for multi-factor authentication purposes
The computer must be wired to your modem, router, or gateway. Wi-Fi is not allowed due to security and bandwidth constraints.
