**Job Description: Business Development Representative (Franchising Department) - Let's Get Moving**
Let's Get Moving, a leading moving company with a successful franchise model, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Franchising Department. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network by attracting and securing new franchisees. Your exceptional sales skills, persuasive communication, and ability to build strong relationships will contribute to the growth and success of Let's Get Moving.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential franchisees by conducting thorough research and lead generation activities.
- Conduct initial consultations and presentations to prospective franchisees, showcasing the benefits and advantages of joining the Let's Get Moving franchise network.
- Effectively communicate the franchise concept, business model, and support systems to prospective franchisees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees throughout the sales process, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Franchising Department team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target areas and potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, agreements, and contracts to prospective franchisees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and prospect interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Legal, Finance, and Operations, to facilitate the smooth transition of new franchisees into the Let's Get Moving network.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions related to franchising, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in franchising or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential franchisees.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the franchising industry, including knowledge of franchise disclosure documents (FDD) and legal requirements, is a plus.
- Proficient in using Hubspot (CRM software) and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
