Franchise Sales Manager

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- **Franchise Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement franchise sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels, including online, social media, and referrals.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees to ensure their understanding of the brand and franchise model.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Guide franchisees through the sales process, including negotiations and the finalization of agreements.
- **Franchise Expos**: Manage the company's presence at franchise expos in Canada and the U.S., including setting up and dismantling booths, engaging with prospects, and promoting the franchise model.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, targets, and performance.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in leadership roles within a franchise or retail environment.
- Strong background in technology sales and business development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Experience in outside sales and account management is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America for franchise expos.
- Valid U.S. visa and legal residency in Canada.
- Event management experience, specifically related to trade shows or expos, is a plus.
