**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As part of the Anka Pilates and Rehabilitation CentreFront Desk Team, you are the first face many of our clients will see behind our desk. Your primary responsibility is client interaction. Our clients' happiness is the most important thing for us. We offer in
- studio experience, which greatly assists this role. In addition, you’ll use our sales playbook, marketing automations and scripts to ensure your job is as simple as possible. This is a part-time position. Early morning and late evening hours available.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting Clients: Welcome clients as they arrive, provide a friendly and professional first impression.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage class bookings and appointments, ensuring they align with the studio's schedule.
- Client Check-In: Check clients in for their sessions, verify memberships, and process payments.
- Membership Sales: Promote and sell memberships, packages, and merchandise to new and existing clients.
- Client Assistance: Assist clients with their needs, such as equipment setup, providing towels, or addressing concerns.
- Studio Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area and waiting room are tidy and presentable.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork, maintain client records, and handle administrative duties as required.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, like promoting special events or new classes.
- Resolving Issues: Address client issues and complaints, striving to provide satisfactory solutions.
- Retail Sales: Handle the sale of retail items, like workout apparel, mats, or accessories.
- Knowledge of Pilates: Have a basic understanding of Pilates principles, classes, and instructors to answer client questions.
- Membership Renewals: Promptly notify clients of membership renewals and assist with the renewal process.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the studio's security, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Cleanliness: - Maintain a clean and tidy studio, ensuring it reflects the studio's commitment to hygiene and cleanliness. Run regular cleaning routines to uphold studio's hygiene standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
