**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and convert a mix of live and cold leads for clients seeking automotive financing assistance.
- Foster relationships with lenders to optimize customer financing options.
- Utilize the latest technology tools for seamless deal desking, including CRM systems, phone systems, and various digital platforms.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through our attractive incentive programs.
- Commit to continuous personal development with our daily training resources.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of full-time sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector. Previous automotive finance experience is a significant plus.
- Technical proficiency in digital computing, file management, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Exceptional sales skills, with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and coachability.
- Excellent communication abilities and a growth mindset focused on feedback and self-improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6:30 pm; Weekend availability as needed).
- Minimum Secondary school education. VSA and/or AMVIC licenses preferred but not required.
- Reliable commute to our Downtown Vancouver, BC office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $150,000.00 per year
