This role is responsible to oversee two key areas of focus: Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition (via paid search, social, display, programmatic etc.) to ensure digital programs are effective in driving marketing and corporate objectives. The incumbent will have 3-4 direct reports: Consultants and Specialists.

**How you will create impact**:

- Manage and supervise media spend across all digital marketing channels (paid search, social, display, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) to optimize and recommend best digital channels for acquisition to drive business growth.
- Develop strategies and targets for the acquisition and adoption of digital assets, and perform an in-depth analysis to identify opportunities, build business cases and create competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with business partners to plan, design, implement and measure the performance of digital initiatives and to enhance the user experience, in order to achieve marketing and organizational objectives.
- Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results across digital channels for all lines of business to drive business growth and optimize media spend.
- Champion digital channel performance and use data and insights to identify and assess new growth or efficiency opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the marketing performance dashboard.

- You stay well-informed of competitor activities and the ever-changing digital landscape in order to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.

**To join our team**:

- 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Acquisition and Performance Marketing.
- Strong people leadership experience is a pre-requisite.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, platforms, and digital tools for optimizing paid media across search, social, display, programmatic, and affiliates, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate results, performance, and digital metrics across channels to recommend best solutions for action.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills that result in creative and unique solutions necessary to solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of evolving industry trends, best practices, and new avenues for digital acquisition and performance marketing.
- Strong ability to build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of the team.
- Facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of team’s work with organizational goals.
- Successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view.
- Post-secondary degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Information Technology or Commerce.
