**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects are on track to meet deadlines. As well as utilize platforms such as Trello for project & event planning, task assignment, and progress tracking to ensure smooth project workflows.
- **Digital Deliverables**: Roll up your sleeves and actively participate in producing the creation and distribution of digital content deliverables such as social media campaigns, farm cards, invitations, gift programs etc.
- **Tech Savvy**: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and tools to enhance project execution and efficiency.
- **Drive for Results**: Take ownership of project execution, driving successful outcomes and keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged. I would just simplify this sentence -- or remove
- **Collaboration & Communication**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, and marketing team, to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Uphold and maintain strong public relations**: Nurture and maintain outstanding relationships with media partners to maintain and expand brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in digital project coordination or a similar role.
- The ability to take initiative and independently manage tasks
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using computer and technology tools, such as Trello and Canva (for asset creation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
