As a Construction Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential administrative support to our construction team. Your responsibilities will include managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with various office tasks. Your efficient and effective management of administrative duties will ensure the smooth functioning of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for the construction team.
- Manage and organize project files, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient retrieval.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking, including invoicing and expense management.
- Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and proposals.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with relevant terminology.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
