**FINANCIAL COORDINATOR**

We are looking for an experienced Financial Coordinator to coordinate the day to day financial and administrative operations of the office. This position performs all accounting, bookkeeping duties and a variety of operational duties related to maintaining the operational policies & procedures manual, administering human resource functions, and the pricing, industrial product, and egg movement programs.

Established in 1968, the Egg Farmers of Alberta is an industry board representing over 170 registered egg producers in Alberta. EFA exists so that there will be an environment in which Egg Farmers of Alberta can thrive within the Canadian industry at a cost that demonstrates good stewardship of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years accounting experience including A/P, A/R, General Ledger, CRA deductions, Working Papers, Payroll & Benefits
- Advanced abilities in MS Office are essential. Knowledge of and experience with accounting software, integrated database & query management systems, business intelligence software, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are an asset
- Organized, attentive to detail and aptitude for numbers
- Above average communication and problem-solving skills
- Independent worker, self-starter
