**Compensation & Benefits Coordinator**

**Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness this is a remote work from home opportunity providing administrative support the Total Rewards team ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.**

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Implement data verification protocols to guarantee the accuracy of employee total compensation and benefits program records, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy related to rewards and incentives distribution, ensuring adherence to established policies.
- Collaborate with Employee Services and HRIS teams to optimize data entry processes, minimizing the risk of errors and maintaining data reliability.
- Support Organization Design leaders throughout project management, including scheduling and managing meetings, recording and distributing meeting notes and priority actions.
- Utilize meticulous quality assurance practices to support the creation and formatting of Organization Design presentation and project materials.
- Manage and maintain Organization Design files and central knowledge repositories, ensuring files are accurate and up-to-date based on available organizational data.
- Support Total Rewards team in managing the shared inbox. Provide other administrative support as required by the Total Rewards leaders.

**The value you bring**
- 2+ years supporting a Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards team
- Working towards PMP Certification an asset, not a requirement
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Financial Analysis, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
