Diriger une équipe à haut rendement en définissant les responsabilités liées aux pratiques de gestion des données et de l’information.
Établir et mettre en œuvre des processus visant à faciliter la gouvernance des données et de l’information afin de soutenir notre orientation stratégique.
Travailler à la mise en œuvre d’outils technologiques pour soutenir la surveillance et la tenue des données et de l’information.
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Gérer la conception et l’élaboration des politiques et des procédures
- Collaborer avec les intervenants pour assurer la conformité
- Gérer la conception et l’exécution des processus de gestion
- Établir et maintenir les indicateurs de rendement clés
- Faciliter l’exécution des évaluations de l’incidence et la formulation des recommandations liées aux priorités
- Former, motiver et maintenir une équipe solide en établissant des objectifs et en fournissant des directives, de l’encadrement et du soutien

**Ce qu’il vous faut**:
- Baccalauréat en informatique, en mathématique, en ingénierie ou en administration, ainsi qu’au moins six années d’expérience (ou un agencement équivalent d’études et d’expérience); connaissance du financement agricole, un atout
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies, des pratiques, des techniques, des processus et des tendances en matière de gestion de l’information
- Capacités de leadership avancées et compréhension approfondie des pratiques d’affaires, des processus opérationnels et de la culture de FAC
